“I told myself that I chose diabetes, I chose hypertension by the choices that I had made in life and that to me was very empowering because if I could choose those symptoms, then I could choose a way out of it.”

Dr. Kien Vuu’s bioenergetic model of health focuses on proper nutrition full of low glycemic foods, personal development to heal emotional traumas, connection to your community, and regenerative medicine. Following these lifestyle changes, Dr. Vuu had reversed all of his chronic conditions and came off of his prescription medications in just 4-6 months. He now works to empower others who have found their health in a similar downward decline by offering a functional wellness plan of small lifestyle changes that will return huge reward and make them stronger, fitter, faster, and happier than ever before.
