After 20 years casting models for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and fashion shows, Preston Davis was looking for a change. Like so many people we’ve met, she picked a parallel career that favored her skills. She started her own fashion site, Keep it Chic. It’s smart, of the moment, and done by a real pro. In the modern world where we are all swimming in oceans of unmitigated content, it may be what the future of fashion magazines will look like- a curated selection of ideas and visuals hones to a singular viewpoint. This is a decidedly single focused vision of women’s fashion, with a curated shopping site attached. She also has a home section with the aspirational name Palais. Got to love that name.
