The resulting honey contains three times more antioxidants and prebiotics than your average honey. It also boasts a special antibacterial compound called methylglyoxal (MGO), which is rigorously tested and verified through Manukora’s QR system.

For about two years I had a festering wound that continued to deteriorate, even to the point of bleeding, when I did all that my general practioner suggested. It appeared spontaneously and was not the result of any injury. After finally obtaining a referral to a dermatologist, treatment was attempted with freezing and injections with no results. A biopsy was performed as cancer was suspected. Noone had a clue as to the possible cause. My dermatologist suggested I try MediHoney brand which my local (in Denver) large pharmacies had not heard about. I found it online and after using it for about six months the wound is healing nicely.
