Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1/2 cup almond butter

– 1/4 cup honey

– 3 tablespoons cacao powder

– 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup chopped almonds

– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher, optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cacao powder, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and vanilla extract until well combined.

2. Fold in the chopped almonds and dark chocolate chips (if using).

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up slightly.

4. Once chilled, use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

5. Optional: Top each ball with a pinch of shredded coconut or a dusting of cacao powder
