Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder, we used Momentous
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, applesauce, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into 12 squares. Enjoy!
