  1. Love your take on aging. I will be 81 in March and as a marine always took personal health seriously. I exercise daily and eel 10 years younger. I goal is to live a healthy life not a long one. My Dad passed at 99. One of 21 children (3 wives) each living past their 90th birthday.
    I find your articles interesting and stimulating. Feels like home.
