- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
White Chocolate Layer
- 8 oz. dairy-free white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
Garnish
- 2–3 stevia-sweetened candy canes, crushed

- Prepare the Baking Sheet
- Ensure the surface you’re working on is completely flat
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Melt the Dark Chocolate Layer
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil
- Stir until smooth and glossy
- Pour onto prepared baking sheet
- Spread evenly with a spatula
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set
- Prepare the White Chocolate Layer
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler
- Stir until completely smooth
- Carefully pour over dark chocolate layer
- Spread gently to create an even surface
