Ingredients

Dark Chocolate Layer

  • 8 oz. dairy-free dark chocolate (70% or higher)
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil

White Chocolate Layer

  • 8 oz. dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil

Garnish

  • 2–3 stevia-sweetened candy canes, crushed

Chocolate Peppermint Bark Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet
    • Ensure the surface you’re working on is completely flat
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt the Dark Chocolate Layer
    • In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil
    • Stir until smooth and glossy
    • Pour onto prepared baking sheet
    • Spread evenly with a spatula
    • Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set
  3. Prepare the White Chocolate Layer
    • Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler
    • Stir until completely smooth
    • Carefully pour over dark chocolate layer
    • Spread gently to create an even surface
    • Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  4. Add Garnish
    • Sprinkle crushed stevia-sweetened candy canes over white chocolate layer
    • Optional: Drizzle remaining dark chocolate on top for decoration
  5. Chill and Serve
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until completely set
    • Break or cut into pieces
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
