  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • A pinch or two of salt

For the toppings:

  • 4–6 oz. brie cheese wheel
  • 1/4 cup cranberry jam
  • Rosemary, finely chopped, for garnish

Brie and Cranberry Topped Cracker Instructions

For the crackers:

  1. Mix almond flour, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Roll dough into balls.
  3. Smash flat onto a baking sheet covered in wax paper with the back of a measuring cup.
  4. Bake at 315℉ for 10–15 minutes or until crispy.

Instructions for the brie:

  1. While crackers are baking, bake a 4–6 ounce wedge of brie (at the same temperature) for 8–10 minutes.
  2. The brie is done when it’s soft to the touch when gently pressed but still holds its shape. Note: Keep an eye on it toward the end of the baking time, as brie can go from perfectly melty to a puddle quickly.

To enjoy: Add a serving of brie to the cracker and top with a bit of cranberry jam and chopped rosemary.
