Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium zucchini)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
