Summer is coming up and we have vacations on our minds. Our favorite hotel in Hawaii is the heavenly Halekulani. We have written about the magic that is Halekulani before, from David’s stay at the resort to the Art of Wellbeing offerings. Halekulani has just announced its upcoming season’s lineup of Art of Wellbeing sessions. In case you need another reason to book a trip to Oahu, read on.
Halekulani’s Art of Wellbeing workshops offer an integrated and refreshed approach to living a balanced lifestyle, focusing on six key pillars: Nourish, Move, Explore, Renew, Rest, and Discover. All sessions are designed to deliver transformative experiences that result in lasting positive change. Here are some of the workshops from May through August that you may want to consider.
Transformative Experiences for Lasting Change
Internationally renowned musician and sound therapist Michelle Pirret will be visiting Halekulani in June for “Sonic Alchemy: Sound Meditation & Vibroacoustic Therapy” which sounds like the perfect way to relax and restore the mind on vacation.
Another Art of Wellbeing workshop in June is “The Principles of Feng Shui” which will teach how to create balance and harmony within your living and working spaces with subtle arrangements and elements of nature. It’s clear that our future will include a lot more working from home so what better way to create a motivating, comfortable space than with this feng shui workshop.
We are particularly excited about one of July’s Art of Wellbeing sessions called “Relationships With Food” which explores the dynamics between what we eat and why to change our mindset and make better choices.
Other workshops include “The Wonders of Astrology,” “Willpower: Harnessing Your Greatest Strength,” “Numerology 101,” and “Acupuncture: An Eastern Approach to Medicine.”
There is something for everyone and these Art of Wellbeing workshops are guaranteed to enhance your visit to the Halekulani. Each workshop is 75 minutes and is led by a team of resident health and wellness experts. If you are staying at the Halekulani or the Halepuna Waikiki, the classes are complimentary. If you are not staying at either of those hotels, each workshop is $25 for the public. More information about the Art of Wellbeing at the Halekulani.
