90 Is the New 40: Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer The Cleveland Clinic

Is it better to eat your larger meals earlier in the day or later in the day? Are there ways we can “turn off” aging? How are stem cells being used to treat diseases? What role does inflammation have in heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, etc? How do steak, egg yolks, & cheese contribute to these diseases? Why does Dr. Roizen drink 6 cups of coffee a day?

  1. We are at the forfront a new frontier of living a longer vital life. At 74, I feel as vital and excited about the future as I did in my late 20’s. My association with Lifespan in Rochester, NY has greatly helped me in this journey of vitality in not only trying to assist in the problems some of us experience as we age, but ALSO and more importantly how to remain vital and avoid many of the pitfalls of aging. I welcome the association with people and organizations that feel and believe as I do. Not sure if I’ll ever become the “ELDER” that I seek out for their wisdom and guidance in life’s experiences, but believe as I approach my expected 100’s, that it is a possibiity!!
