Rewiring Our Brains to Address Uncertain Situations and Embrace a Growth Mindset

What are some actionable steps we can take to keep our brains nimble? Can we strengthen our brains? Neuroplasticity, essentially the change in the neural connections in our brains, tells us that our neural pathways are adaptable and able to change based on learning. In short, when we learn something, new neural connections are created and the wiring in our brains changes. As humans, we have the ability to purposefully rewire our brains through learning and experiencing new things. According to Oxford Languages, neuroplasticity is “the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience or following injury.” How might we do that you may ask? Well, in short, you are what you practice. Click below for some proven steps that the experts at Chosen Experiences have developed.
