Cellular Health-Boosting Summer Smoothie

Our refreshing go-to summer smoothie is packed with nutrients to support health, energy, strength and endurance

Summer is quickly approaching and that means it’s almost smoothie season. We love a refreshing smoothie to cool down during the hotter months and it’s also a way to pack in lots of nutrients that would be hard to get in on their own.

Our go-to summer smoothie includes frozen wild blueberries for antioxidants. Getting them frozen ensures that they will last longer and it adds a thickness to the smoothie. We also love including chia and flax seeds for healthy omega fatty acids, Ceylon cinnamon for blood sugar regulation, and Timeline Nutrition’s Mitopure powder for mitochondrial support. Mitopure fights age-related decline, improves energy, endurance, strength, and we swear it makes our brains function better… goodbye, brain fog! Mitopure also acts as a recycling system for our defective mitochondria. It does this through the process of mitophagy which “cleans up defective mitochondria and allows the mitochondria to repair themselves and improve their performance. This recycling and cleansing mechanism is proven to provide valuable health benefits.”

Timeline Nutrition is offering AGEIST readers 10% off their first purchase with code “AGEIST” at checkout. If you’d like to sample the products without committing to the full size, Timeline is also offering sample packs.

“My muscles’ ability to ‘reload’ from exercise is dramatically improved since I have been taking Mitopure. This goes along with the research we have done at AGEIST, and confirmed by numerous peer reviewed articles: the post biotic ingredient in Mitopure, Urolithin A, improves our aging muscles. This is not about me trying to be the next Arnold, it is about increasing my ability to enjoy everyday tasks, to safely enjoy the sports I like and simple pleasures like climbing stairs with less effort. It makes sense to me that if the mitochondria in my muscles are demonstrably working more efficiently, the same would seem to be true about my organs, my brain and my immune system. I only take supplements that work, and this one clearly works.” – David Stewart, Founder of AGEIST
