Ode to Procrastination with Annabelle Gurwitch

ode to procrastination

Annabelle Gurwitch, from AGEIST March 2017, had a hysterical piece in The New Yorker a couple of weeks ago: an ode to the awesomeness of procrastination. “The book that I haven’t started writing yet will be a book of such importance that people will use words like ‘astonishing’ and ‘uncompromising’ to describe it. Also, ‘a laugh riot.’ And ‘devastating.’ No, ‘staggering.’ ” If you are putting something off because you feel it is just too precious, this is the read for you. We also understand that the very not-procrastinating Annabelle is out with a new book later this spring.
